三流小方坯连铸中间包结构的研究

摘    要:采用“刺激-响应”法,对三流小方坯连铸所采用的T形和梯形中间包内流体的停留时间分布进行了测定,同时研究了梯形中间懈内合理的挡墙结构。在水模型研究的基础上,进行了生产试验,研究了两种中间包内的钢液温度分布及夹杂物去除率,结果表明,不论在钢液的温度分布还是夹杂物去方面,梯形中间包的效果均优于T形中间包

Abstract:The residence time distribution in both the T- shaped tundish andtrapezium tundish for CC three-strand billets was investigated by means of water model method. The research on the structure of weir and dam in the trapezium tundish werecarried out. On the basis of experiments of water model,the heat tests in two kinds oftundish were carried out in Linfen Iron &. Steel Co. The results show that the trapeziumtundish is better than the T shaped tundish both on temperature distribution of moltensteel and on removal of inclusions.
