摘    要:本文叙述了由T504水解催化剂下串T101精脱硫剂(特种活性炭)与由EZX多功能精脱硫剂单独组成的常温精脱硫新工艺,新工艺可将气体中的总硫(COS+H_2S)脱除至<0.06 ppm,它们已在保护甲醇、甲烷化、氨合成催化剂、贵金属催化剂、特种吸附剂与食品CO_2气体中等50多家中、小化肥厂使用,取得了显著的效果。

Abstract:This paper describes the new technology of room temperature fine sulfur-removal process which is composed of the type T504 COS hydrolysis catalyst connected in series with the type T101 H2S removal catalyst (special active carbon), or only composed of a multifunction fine sulfur-removal catalyst of WZX type. The new process can remove the total sulfur (COS+H2S) to less than 0. 06 ppm. Up to now, the new process has been applied in more than fifty fertilizer plants with small or medium capacity to protect catalysts for methanol making, methanation, and ammonia synthesis, catalysts of noble metals and special absorbents as well as in food-CO2 plants, to obtain the CO2 gas of good quality, all having attained obvious effects.
