| 摘 要： | 根据技术创新能力特点,建立了企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,采用AHP法与模糊综合评判法相结合的方式对样本企业技术创新能力进行综合评价,该评价过程具有较强的可操作性,能够规范、定量地评价企业技术创新能力。

| Abstract: | According to the character of technical innovation ability,this article sets up an evaluation index system of technical innovation ability and adopt AHP method to fix on weight of indexes.Then it uses the FCE method to evaluate the sample enterprise's technical innovation ability.This evaluation process has strong operationality,which can evaluate enterprise technical innovation ability standardized and quantificationally. |
