基于凌阳SPCE061A的自动投加破乳剂控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:本文以凌阳公司16位Flash型单片机SPCE061A为核心,与三菱变频调速器FR-S540结合,设计出一种用于石油生产过程中的破乳剂自动投加系统.自动投加控制系统可根据原油量的动态变化来动态调节破乳剂的投放量,实现破乳剂充分并完全地与原油进行化学反应,从而达到最佳的油水分离质量.该控制系统经过长庆油田的实践证明,具有运行稳定可靠、控制精度高等特点;在硬、软件设计中,采用SPCE061A型单片机与FR-S540型变频调速器的硬件控制结构,使用C语言为编程语言,提高了系统整体的稳定性.

Abstract:The paper introduces the design of automatic control system of swing in with drug.It bases on the combination of new 16 bit Flash microcontroller SPCE061A made by Sunplus and transducer FR-S540 made by Mitsubishi,and can be applied in production of petroleum.The system can adjust the amount of drug dynamically according to variation of crude petroleum,and perform chemical reaction between drug and crude petroleum fully and completely,achieve optimum quality separation of crude petroleum and water thereby.The control system possess the typical of running stably and reliably,and high-precision control,practically certificated by ChangQing oil-field;the hardware control structure uses microcontroller SPCE061A and transducer FR-S540,and the software design uses C language as programming language,ascent the stability of global system.
