高氯化聚乙烯银包铜防腐导电涂料的研究

摘    要:介绍了以高氯化聚乙烯为主要成膜物,自制高固体分醇酸树脂为增韧改性树脂,用化学镀技术制成的银包铜粉为导电填料的防腐导电涂料的配方工艺;研究了增塑剂、有机溶剂、银包铜粉对涂料性能的影响;研究结果表明增韧改性树脂用量为涂料总质量的20±5%、银包铜粉为干膜质量的40±5%,稀释剂为醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯、丙酮和甲苯组成的混合溶剂时所得涂层综合性能最佳。

Development of a new higher chlorinated polyethylene anti-corrosion conductive paint with silver plating copper powder
Abstract:A new conductive paint was prepared with higher chlorinated polyethylene as its main film forming substance,the homemade high solids content alkyd resin that had an excellent elasticity and tensile properties as toughening resin, silver plating copper powder modified by silane coupling agent as conductive material.hs formula, manufacturing process and main performance indexes were introduced. The influence of the plasticizers,organic solvents and metal powder to properties of the coating was studied. It' s showed that the comprehensive performance of the coating was excellent when dosage of the high solids content alkyd resin was 20 ± 5%,Ag/Cu was 40 ±5%and thinner was composed of butyl acetate,acetic ether, acetone,methylbenzene.
