薄型钢结构防火涂料膨胀性能的调查分析

钢结构是主要建筑结构之一,随着经济的发展,钢结构应用的范围越来越广泛,特别是在工业建筑中的应用。但其耐火性能差是其致命弱点,因此,对钢结构进行防火保护意义重大,在实际工程中,涂装钢结构防火涂料是使用最为广泛也是较为经济的一种方法。随着防火涂料的大量使用,其防火性能的耐久性问题一直受到人们的关注。本文对通过现场取样的方法,对影响室内薄型钢结构防火涂料的耐久性的膨胀性能进行了调查分析,并且提出了相关建议。

Investigation analysis on expansibility of thin fire resistive coating for steel structure

Steel structure is one of the main structure in architectural construction.With the development of economy, the range of steel structure application is more and more broad,especially in industry architecture.But it＇ s fatal weakness is the bad fire resistances.So it significantly to do something with fireproof protection on steel structure. Painting fire resistive coating on steel structure is widely used in practical project and is also one of the comparatively economical methods.With the extensive use of the fire resistive coatings, fire performance durability problem has attracted people＇ s attention.This paper through field sampling method,affecting indoor thin fire resistive coating for steel structure durability of expansibility were investigated and analyzed,and puts forward rdated suggestions.
