微生物改性土体研究进展

摘    要:进入21世纪以来,学科交叉在处理一些科技前沿问题上逐渐表现出强大的竞争力,微生物生命活动及代谢产物可以改变土体微观结构从而改善其工程性质。本文综述了基于MICP(microbially induced carbonateprecipitation)的土体加固技术的国内外研究成果、研究现状,从理、化、生角度较系统地总结了微生物对碳酸盐沉积的作用及改性机理,比选了几种常见的MICP方式,指出了微生物在土木工程中巨大的应用前景及未来亟待解决的问题,并对比了传统地基处理方式与微生物处理方式。

Abstract:In the 21st century,interdisciplinary integration shows its increasingly strong competitiveness in dealing with some cutting edge of scientific issues.The metabolic activities of microbe can significantly alter the microstructure of soil particles and improve the engineering properties.This paper presents an overview of soil reinforcement techniques based on MICP.Research results and status in both domestic and international areas are discussed.The role of microorganism in calcite precipitation and the modification mechanism is systematically summarized from the perspectives of physics,chemistry and biology,respectively.Comparison and selection of several MICP methods are made and great application prospect of the introduction of microbe in civil engineering and problems which are urgently needed to be solved are described.Finally,a contrast was made between traditional soil improvement methods and microbial treatment approaches.
