基于路边停车的路段通行能力研究

摘    要:路边停车(指占用道路红线范围内的停车)会占用道路资源,对道路实际通行能力有一定影响。在分析路边停车对道路交通流影响的基础上,建立了基于平行式路边停车的路段通行能力模型,并对模型中的停车后剩余车道数、车道宽度及侧向净宽、车辆进出泊位三个对通行能力的修正系数进行了详细分析,提出了路边停车剩余车道数的修正系数模型,通过公式推导构建了车辆进出泊位对通行能力的修正系数模型,最后给出了考虑路边停车时提高通行能力的措施建议。以上研究可以为路边停车的设计和管理、道路通行能力的研究和设计提供一定的理论依据,也可以为其他的路段虚拟瓶颈对道路通行能力的影响分析提供借鉴。

Abstract:Roadside parking is parking occupying the field inside road red line,which will occupy road resource and impact road capacity.Based on analysis of influence on traffic flow caused by curb parking,the model of road capacity for parallel roadside parking was established,and the three modification factors of remained lane number,lane width and vehicle putting in and off berth were analyzed in detail.The model of the factor of number of remainder lane is put forward and the model of influence coefficient of vehicles putting in and off berth is set up by equation deduction.Finally,the countermeasures to improve capacity are proposed.The research results will provide certain theoretic basis for improving parking design and management and capacity analysis.It also will provide the reference for analyzing influence on capacity by other fictitious bottleneck.
