六仪器组合测井平台的实现

摘    要:文章阐述了自然伽马、自然电位、井径、微电极、连斜、4m梯度电阻率组合测井平台的实现。开发研制了LX—PCM多功能短节,其数据传输采用3506PCM编码方式,并具有连续测斜串行数据解码功能;研制了4m梯度电阻率测量短节,改进了4m梯度电极系信号传输方式;改进了微电极的电极系和极板结构。六仪器组合测井平台硬件结构简单、可靠性高,一次下井可完成以上所有仪器资料的录取。

Abstract:In order to improve well logging efficiency,based on existing tools,3506 PCM circuit board is modified,microelectrode measuring circuit is enhanced,and 4 meters gradient resistivity measuring sub is innovated. Combined gamma ray (GR),spontaneous potential (SP),caliper (CAL),microelectrode tool,continuous inclinometer,4 meters deep investigation gradient resistivity log to one string,a combination logging platform is developed,which acquires the corresponding parameters above tools in one trip. The combination logging system is characterized by simple hardware structure,high reliability,low cost and short development period. Three wells operation in one oilfield is 100% successful with qualified data acquired.
