| 摘 要： | 高职校成人教育校企合作办学在制订人才培养目标、解决企业人才需求等方面具有重要意义,是高职校成人教育发展的途径之一.通过对成人教育校企合作新型人才培养模式的介绍,阐述了成人教育校企合作的意义、模式、运行机制,并提出进一步完善成人教育校企合作的建议.
