摘    要:近年来通信行业迅猛发展,客户规模的扩增速度同营业厅处理业务能力的矛盾愈显突出,营业厅排队等候现象愈发严重,如何减少顾客在营业厅的等候时间,提高用户的满意度是三大运营商需要迫切解决的问题.文章通过对绍兴市三大运营商的的实地调查走访,提出相关改进建议,以供参考.
