| 摘 要： | 对塑料挤出机不停机换网装置结构的布局方案、布局约束进行了分析,在基于产品复用设计原则的前提下,对换网装置的装配方案进行分析总结,设计了装配模板,在此基础上提出了三维数字化换网装置结构的自动化布局设计流程。应用VC++在Pro/E环境中开发和实现了换网装置的自动化布局设计系统,提高了设计效率和设计结果的可靠性。

| Abstract: | It analyzed the layout scheme, layout constraint of automatic screen changer for plastic extruder. Based on the principle of reuse design, the assembling method for the screen changer was analyzed, the assembling template was designed, the automatic layout design flowchart of 3D digital screen changer was presented. The automatic layout design system for screen changer was developed by means of VC++ and Pro/E, which could improve the design efficiency and reliability of the design result. |
