| 摘 要： | 大口径KDP电光开关是新一代高功率激光器多程放大系统的关键部件。分析了定轴误差对开关性能的影响,介绍了首次研制成功的240mm×240mm×14mm大尺寸KDP开关晶体的制造、定轴及性能测试装置和检测结果。

| Abstract: | The large aperture KDP electro-optical switch is a key unit for the new high-power laser multi-pass amplification system.In the article,the influence of orientation error on the switch performance is discussed,the manufacture,orientation,performance testing system are introduced.The testing results for a 240mm×240mm×14mm large aperture KDP switching crystal,developed by us for the first time,are reported. |
