2050轧机粗轧过程温度仿真模型的研究

摘    要:采用差分原理建立了宝山钢铁集团公司2050轧机粗轧段钢板温度的数学模型(包括空冷、除鳞水冷却、轧制升温、轧辊接触共4种影响温度的过程).全面分析了2050热轧阶段钢板温度的变化过程,并编写了计算软件。计算结果与实测值吻合较好。

Abstract:The temperature model of 2050 rough rolling process for Bao Steel Co has been built by using differential method, in which air cooling heat transfer with high pressure water, deforming hot, and roller contact cooling were considered. The temperature variation of 2050 rough rolling was thoroughly analyzed. A soft ware of temperature simulation system was compiled. The result of calculation is consistent with test results.
