碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁正截面受弯非线性有限元分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立混凝土非线性有限元模型,模拟分析了碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁正截面受弯的受力、破坏全过程。在分析中,利用单元生死技术实现结构的二次受力,并对碳纤维梁底加固和梁侧加固的两种不同情况进行了对比。结果表明,梁侧加固形式的强度、刚度相比梁底加固形式下降很小,并且,梁侧加固比梁底加固具有更好的变形性能。最后,将ANSYS分析结果与按《碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构技术规程》计算得到的正截面受弯承载力理论解进行了比较,结果吻合较好,说明了ANSYS分析的可行性和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper utilizes ANSYS,a finite element analysis program,to set up the non-linear finite element model of concrete,and analyze the whole flexural process of the cross-section of the RC beams strengthende with CFRP.The paper actualizes the structural initial load using the element birth and death technology,and contrasts the RC beam strengthened with CFRP on the bottom face with the one strengthened with CFRP on the side faces.The results show:The intensity and rigidity of the RC beam strengthened with CFRP on the side faces comparing the one strengthened with CFRP on the bottom face drop very much little,and the RC beam strengthened with CFRP on the side faces has better ductility and deformability.Finally,the paper compares ANSYS analysis results with the theoretical results calculating in term of "Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structure with CFRP",there being a good match between both.The conclusion indicates that the ANSYS analysis is feasible and credible.
