摘    要:介绍了Wilson图解法求解换热器管内对流换热系数关联式的方法及该方法在计算过程中存在的问题,提出了一种应用非线性回归分析的求解方法,通过试验采用非线性回归分析和Wilson图解法进行修正相结合的方法求解出换热器管内对流换热系数关联式并与经典经验综合式进行比较讨论。结果表明,该综合法与Wilson图解法相比,具有计算简单、快捷,结果准确、可靠的优点。

Abstract:A method of solving the correlation of the convective heat exchange coefficients in the tubes of heat exchangers using Wilson diagram method was presented,and a solving method of using non-linear regression analysis was proposed for the existing problems of Wilson diagram method in calculation process.Through tests,a combined method was proposed for solving the correlation of the convective heat exchange coefficients in the tubes of heat exchangers using non-linear regression analysis and the corrected Wilson diagram method,and the method was compared with the typical empirical comprehensive formula.The result shows that the combined method is simple,fast,accurate,and reliable in comparison with Wilson diagram method.
