摘    要:基于ArcIMS9.0系统,并结合ASP、JavaScript等编程技术,设计和开发了全国重点水质测站数据的WebGIS信息系统。该系统实现了全国160多个重点水质测站的水环境信息的WebGIS网络发布,并具有水质指标的最大值、最小值、平均值、超标物、超标倍数等方面的统计分析功能,具备评价时段水质指标的二维、三维图表分析功能,以及水环境信息属性数据查询和全国水质站点GIS图形查询功能。同时,通过该系统的权限管理功能,实现各级流域及各地水环境监测中心的水环境监测数据的网络上报与在线管理,以及水质评价数据的实时入库。

Abstract:Based on ArcIMS 9.0 system, a WebGIS information system of national key water quality station data is designed and developed in combination with the programming technologies, such as ASP, JavaScript,etc. This system realizes not only the WebGIS online publishing of the environmental information of over 160 key water quality stations within the whole country, but also realizes the functions including the statistical analysis of each water quality index, such as maximum, minimum, average, elements exceeded standard, and exceeding standard multiplying, etc.; which has the functions of 2-D or 3-D chart visualiziton analysis of water quality index, the attribute data inquiring of water environmental information and the spatial inquiring of water quality stations in the whole county. Meanwhile, through the function of the management and the authority of this system, the water environment monitoring data from the basins on all levels concerned and the relevant water environment monitoring centers can be input and managed online, and the data of water quality assessment can be written into the database automatically as well.
