循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统聚类融合控制研究

摘    要:影响循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程的因素或参量很多,在运行控制过程中,如何来综合考虑和有效地调节这些相关参量,使循环流化床锅炉能够安全、稳定、经济运行,已经成为控制工程领域中研究的热点问题。该文根据循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程的动态特性,提出适合该种炉型的基于信息融合的聚类控制系统(简称聚类融合控制系统)。聚类融合控制是融合多个传感器数据并聚类成反映过程运行状况的类别,根据每一类别所描述的过程行为特点采取相应的控制策略,从而实现有效的控制。将该控制系统应用于国产220t/h循环流化床锅炉获得满意的控制效果。

Abstract:There are many factors or parameters to influence circulating fluidized bed boilers combustion process. In the operating control process, how to synthesize the consideration, effectively adjust these correlation parameters and enable the circulating fluidized bed boilers to operate securely, stably and economically, already became the hot spot research question in the control engineering domain. Accroding to the dynamic behavior of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers combustion process, this paper proposed an information fusion and cluster control system (for short cluster fusion control system, CFCS) based on information fusion technology. The data from multi-sensors that can be clustered together to reflect the working condition are fused to CFCS. Thus the control scheme corresponding to the progress can be adopted to realize effective control. Satisfaction results have obtained with the CFCS applied to 220 t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers of domestic manufacture.
