飞机起落架收放系统性能仿真与故障分析

摘    要:由于飞机前起落架与主起落架收放方向不同导致前起落架更容易受气动阻力影响而产生收放不到位等故障。对此利用AMEsim对某型飞机前起落架进行建模仿真,并通过建立起落架机械模型完成作动筒受力分析,将一些单一因素和混合因素分别注入到模型中对起落架收放性能进行仿真实验。实验结果表明,单一因素中油泵泄漏、作动筒限流阀阻塞、作动筒内漏对系统性能影响较大,同时两个单一且无法引发起落架故障的因素,其叠加形成的混合因素却能引发起落架故障。仿真结果可用于指导起落架收放系统参数设计、故障分析及健康管理。

Abstract:Due to the difference between the nose landing gear and the main landing gear in the direction of extension and retraction,the nose landing gear is more susceptible to aerodynamic drag and is prone to failures such as retraction.AMEsim was used to model and simulate the nose landing gear of a certain type of aircraft,and the force analysis of the actuator was completed by establishing the mechanical model of the landing gear.Some single factors and mixing factors were injected into the model to simulate the landing gear retraction performance.The experimental results show that the single factor of the oil pump leakage,the actuator restrictor valve blockage,the actuator inner leakage has a great impact on the system performance,and two single factors that cannot cause the landing gear failure,but the combination of them can cause landing gear failure.The analysis results are suitable for guiding the parameter design,fault analysis and health management of the landing gear extension and retraction system.
