| 摘 要： | 针对大型建筑项目数据量庞大、结构复杂、数据交换效率低下等问题,提出采用COBie标准中的SpreadsheetML格式构建基于BIM的建筑信息管理系统,实现了设备实际数据和系统虚拟数据相对应.该系统简化了数据传递方式,提高了数据使用效率,为建筑设施管理信息化提供一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | In view of the problems of large-scale construction project data volume,complex structure and low data exchange efficiency,this paper uses the Spreadsheetml format of COBie standard to build a building information management system based on BIM,which realizes the correspondence between the virtual data of the system and the actual data of the equipment.The system simplifies the way of data transmission,improves the efficiency of data use,and provides certain reference value for the informatization of construction facilities management. |
