调节保安系统安装调试中的故障诊断

以某抽汽背压式汽轮机调节保安系统为例,介绍了调试过程中调门卡涩、遮断油压低和管道振动大等故障,通过温度、压力参数监测和原理分析等手段,确定了故障原因为油质污染、油温过低等,并提出了环境控制、重点冲洗等解决方案和预防措施。研究成果可为新机组安装调试提供参考。

Fault Diagnosis of Governing and Protection System in Installation and Commissioning

Taking the governing and protection system in an extraction back pressure turbine as an example,the faults of control valve jamming,low emergency trip oil pressure and excessive vibration of pipes were presented.Through monitoring the temperature and pressure parameters,and analyzing the working principles,the cause of fault was determined to be the pollution of oil and the excessive low oil temperature.Solutions and prevention measures were also proposed,such as controlling environment,washing the key components and so on.The research results can provide reference for the installation and commissioning of new units.
