| 摘 要： | 现有视频压缩技术中几乎没有同时对视频进行压缩和去雾的方法,针对这一现象,提出了一种基于运动估计共享的雾霾视频压缩方法,在改进已有去雾算法的基础上,利用运动估计将视频去雾与视频压缩有效地结合,在消除视频中的雾霾信息、避免对雾霾进行压缩的同时,减少视频的传输带宽和存储空间。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the phenomenon that video compression technology does not remove the haze from the video at the same time,a hazy video compression method based on motion estimation sharing is proposed.This paper improves the video dehazing al?gorithm firstly,and then combines video dehazing method with video compression method by motion estimation effectively.There?fore,the haze in the video can be eliminated while reducing the video transmission bandwidth and storage space. |
