摘    要:介绍了司机室操纵台的结构和设计要点,综合分析了复合材料在司机室操纵台上应用的特点和优势.针对某型机车车辆操纵台质量超重问题,根据不同部件安装位置及功能特点,选用不同的轻量化方案,最终实现了质量降低的要求.另外,对司机室操纵台的定制化要求、新材料应用、安装维护难度、阻燃性能等现状进行了思考,并展望了未来司机室操纵台的发展...

Abstract:The structure and design points of cab console were introduced,and the characteristics and advantages of the application of composite materials in the cab console were comprehensively analyzed.Aiming at the overweight problem of a certain type of locomotive and vehicle console,according to the installation position and functional characteristics of different parts,different lightweight schemes were selected,and the weight reduction requirement was finally realized.In addition,the customized requirements,application of new materials,difficulty of installation and maintenance,flame retardant performance of the cab console were considered,and the development direction of cab console in the future was prospected.
