摘    要:汽轮机低压缸通流结垢工况下,朗肯循环中关键测点相比于正常运行时可能发生变化。对系统观测数据中所存在的复杂非线性关系,提出了一种基于LTSA算法的汽轮机结垢故障在线检测方法,并在此过程中构造了虚拟统计量,成功地检测了汽轮机系统中的结垢故障,这验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Under the condition of flow passage scaling,the key measuring points of Rankine cycle in steam turbine LP casing may be different from that of normal operation.Aimed at the complex nonlinear relationship existed in the observed data,an on-line detection method of flow passage scaling in steam turbine based on local tangent space alignment(LTSA)algorithm is proposed.Some virtual statistics is also constructed,and the scaling fault in the steam turbine system is successfully detected.The effectiveness of this method is verified by the simulation results.
