Abstract:Taking 792 students who received professional and technical training in the training center of Chinese society of chemical industry from August 2017 to December 2020 as the observation objects,the effect of evidence-based teaching method in vocational continuing education for professional and technical personnel was evaluated by comparing with traditional teaching method.During the research period,seven special training courses in the field of new materials were set up,and two courses were held in each training course,which were used as the control group and the experimental group respectively.The experimental group adopted the evidence-based teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the training,the mastery of professional knowledge and skill of the two groups was compared through the unified examination.The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The results show that compared with the traditional teaching method,the application of evidence-based teaching method in vocational continuing education can achieve better results,and help students improve their professional and technical ability.
