基于STM32的光栅尺速度位移检测

摘    要:该文针对光栅尺传统信号处理方法需经硬件逻辑电路4倍频和辨向的问题,提出一种基于嵌入式微处理器STM32F103VE内置4倍频和辨向功能的光栅尺信号处理与速度位移检测方法,实现了用3个定时器检测速度,用1个定时器检测位移。该方案在不增加硬件成本的前提下,使得速度和位移检测更加可靠,精度更高,具有实用价值。

Abstract:For the problem that the traditional grating scale signal proceeding method needs hardware lo4 circuit to quadruple frequency and differentiate direction, a method of velocity-position detection based on th C e timers' built-in quadruple frequency and differentiation direction functions of STM32F103VE is proposed, using 3 timers to realize the velocity detection, using 1 timer to realize the position detection. This scheme can make the velocity-position detection more reliable and more precise without increasing hardware costs, it has practical value.
