无线电遥控式直流电机控制系统

摘    要:无线电遥控式电机执行装置具有广阔的应用前景。该文提出一种无线电遥控式的直流电机控制系统,电机控制系统以嵌入式微处理器STM32F103与射频收发器CC1101为控制核心,并采用基于脉宽调制的MOSFET与继电器相结合的电机调速与正、反转控制电路;而无线遥控器以超低功耗的MSP430系列单片机与CC1101为核心,以实现对电机系统的无线遥控。该系统结构简单、控制与保护功能完善,通用性好。

Abstract:The motor actuating unit based on wireless remote control has a vast application prospect. Therefore, this paper proposes a wireless remote DC motor control system. Take the embedded microprocessor STM32F103 and the RF transceiver CCl101 as the core for the motor control system, and use the combination of the MOSFET and the relay for the motor control circuit; take the ultra-low-power MSP430 series microprocessor and the CCl101 as the core for the wireless remote control of the motor system. This system has the characteristics of simple structure, perfect control and protection functions, and high universality.
