互联电力系统的可靠性分析研究进展

电力系统互联将提高各系统的可靠性水平，并带来额外的经济效益，因此大规模系统互联是我国电力系统发展的必然趋势。文章综述了互联系统可靠性分析的原理及最新的研究成果，对影响互联系统可靠性的重要因素进行了分析，提出了提高互联可靠性的几个措施。电力市场的不断发展、输电网的逐步开放以及独立发电商的出现导致新的问题不断产生，原有的可靠性理论已经无法满足市场条件下的需要，迫切需要建立一套新的、能将可靠性与经济性综合起来对互联系统进行可靠性评价的理论与指标体系，本文就此也进行了探讨。

Reliability Evaluation of Interconnected Power Systems

This paper presents the basic principles of reliability analysis of interconnected system and the latest research findings,analyzes a few critical factors that influence the reliability of system interconnection one by one,and later proposes a few measures that may improve reliability of system interconnection.With the development of power market,more and more problems come up continuously.As a result,the original reliability theory and index framework can no longer meet the new requirements of power market.So a new set of theory and index framework that can integrate economic evaluation into reliability performance must be established.This question is also discussed in this paper.
