摘    要:分析了 W火焰锅炉的负荷特性 ,指出燃烧无烟煤存在的问题 (尤其是积灰和结焦 )较严重 ,主要原因是炉膛热负荷较大 ,受炉膛内空气动力场的影响以及一、二次风配比不合理。提出了解决问题的关键在于提高调整的精度 ,合理改进运行方式 ,以及采用先进的测量、监视手段 ,改善锅炉的变负荷、变煤种适应性

Abstract:The load performance of the 300 MW 'W' flame boiler was analyzed and the problems, particularly the serious slagging and sooting in furnace existed while burning anthracite coal were found. The key reason for sooting and slagging problems is due to the high furnace heat flux, the influence of air flow dynamic field in the furnace and the unreasonable ratio of primary and secondary air. The key points for solving the problems are: improving the precision of combustion debugging, the operation mode of boiler combustion and the boiler's conformability during load fluctuation and coal quality variation.
