高压输入低压大电流输出模块电源的设计

摘    要:针对电力电子产品中高压输入低压大电流输出电源模块化的发展要求,分析和设计了一种优化的高能效电源.主功率拓扑采用漏感能量回馈输入侧的双管反激变换器:次级采用辅助绕组自驱动同步整流技术使同步整流管驱动简单可靠.对电路工作原理进行详细的理论分析并给出了参数.制作了210 W的实验室样机对理论分析进行验证.实验结果表明,设计出的样机具有较高效率和较小体积.

Abstract:Modular power supply with high voltage input low voltage high current output conditions is a development ten-dency of power electronics in the following years.A optimized high efficiency power supply is analyzed and designed.Dual switch flyback topology adopts leakage energy feedback to the input,an auxiliary winding self-drive scheme for the sec-ondary synchronous rectifier,and flat magnetic core is used to reduce winding losses.Theoretical analysis and design con-siderations are presented.A 210 W laborato...
