高速传动误差检测系统的研究与开发

摘    要:根据高速传动误差的检测原理 ,研制开发了一种高速传动误差检测系统。该系统利用单片机、CPLD器件与PC机组成上、下位机系统 ,采用USB接口进行数据传输 ,具有集成度高、智能化程度高、工作可靠等优点 ,为高速传动误差检测与振动、噪声检测的相互结合创造了条件。

Abstract:Based on the measuring principle of high-speed transmission error, a k ind of high-speed transmission error measuring system is developed. The superio r and inferior systems are composed of the chip microcomputer, CPLD device and P C, and the data are transferred by USB interface. The system make features of hi gh integrated level, high intelligence and high reliability. It creates conditio ns for the integrate measurement of high-speed transmission error, vibration an d noise.
