发动机引流推力矢量方案的内流场分析

摘    要:对从发动机引流外喷进行推力矢量控制的方案进行了内流场计算与分析,比较了不同管径和引流管道喉部面积对引流效果的影响,结果表明:发动机引流对于发动机内流场的参数影响不大,燃烧室压力和温度变化不明显;引流管道的喉部面积占总喉部面积的百分比是影响喷流效果的主要参数;引流流量占总流量的比例略小于引流通道喉部面积所占比例;引流形成的侧向推力所占比例与引流流量所占比例相当,均略小于引流通道喉部面积所占比例;引流造成主动量推力下降幅度明显。

Abstract:The flowfield of thrust vector control by injection of hot gas bled from rocket motor is sim-ulated.The mass flow rate and thrust of injection are calculated by changing the throat area and the tube diameter.Calculation results show that the injection bled from motor do not affect the pressure and tem-perature in chamber evidently.The proportion of throat area of tube is the key parameter affecting the pro-portion of mass flow rate and thrust of injection, which slightly less than that of the throat area of injection tube.Injection bled from motor will reduce the main thrust apparently.
