模拟电路故障诊断——参数容限处理的一种新方法

本文从元件连接模型出发来研究多频故障诊断问题。它依据传递(或策动点)导抗的系数函数,提出要确定元件值所需的函数数目,以及所采用的最大测试频率数目,进而研究在不满足可解性要求下和元件参数有容差情况下,推广应用逻辑函数法来进一步简化诊断过程,并以单故障和双故障为例。说明其应用。

Multifrequency Fault Diagnosis-Method of Parameter Tolerance Analysis

This paper discusses the multifrequency diagnosis problem which is based on the Component Connecting Model.From the coefficient functions of transfer(or driving) immittance the number of functions and of the measuring frequencies that are necessary to determine the element values are derived.Applied the logic function method we dis- cusse the simplification of diagnosis process in the case that the solvable conditions are not satisfied and the element parameters have dispersions.Finally,we take the single fault and double fault as examples to explain the applications of these theories.
