摘    要:高频直缝焊接钢管在轧制、成型、焊接过程中,或在使用中有部分氢富集在焊管表面或扩散到焊管金属内部,并以H,H^ ,H^-,H2,金属氢化物,固溶体化合物,碳氢化合物,气团等多种形式存在,从而产生氢致开裂。

Abstract:During the process of rolling, forming and welding or during the application of HF longitudinal seam welded pipe,portion hydrogen enriched on the surface of the pipe or diffused into the interior metal of the pipe and occurred with H,H +,H -,H 2,metal hydride,solid dissolve Compound Hydrocarbon and air mass in multi forms and resulted hydrogen induced Cracking accordingly.
