摘    要:利用VB6.0开发了智能监控软件,实现了对气体多元共渗全过程的实时控制,介绍了通过串口控制智能仪表及各种设备运行的方法,解决了对温度段不同、仪表不定的各种工艺炉需重复开发软件的问题,提供了一个有效的小型组态软件开发平台,大大缩短了软件的开发周期,具有良好的实用性.

Abstract:With the intelligence supervision software developed out of VB6.0.,the real-time control of the whole gas multi-component permeation process is realized.The methods of controlling various temperature and equipments by means of serial ports are introduced to solve the problem that software is repeatedly to be developed for various furnaces with different temperatures and meters,and an effectively platform of mini configuration with good practicality which highly shortening the period of software developing is provided.
