高掺量矿渣水泥粉磨节能新工艺的探索

摘    要:矿渣已成为水泥的一种重要混合材,但矿渣的易磨性很差,因此选择适当的工艺显得尤为重要。对共同粉磨、分别粉磨、混合粉磨以及基于辊压机的联合粉磨工艺分别做了分析比较,认为采用辊压机对矿渣进行预粉磨能够提高水泥质量,节约能源,同时,预粉磨系统中分级设备的选择也很重要。

New technique research for energy saving in cement grinding with high addition of mineral slag

Abstract:Mineral slag has become an important additive for cement manufacturing. As the poor grindability of mineral slag, it is of vital important to select suitable grinding process. In this paper, comparison and analyses works are shown for processes of gathering grinding, separately grinding, blended grinding and combined grinding based on using roller press, and the author reveals that pre-grinding mineral slag with roller press could raise cement quality and save energy. At the same time, correct selection to grading facility for pregrinding system is also very important.
