| 摘 要： | 主要论述了美国在控制包装废弃物污染环境方面的技术现状。介绍了处理塑料包装废弃物的方法及技术水平以及通过合理包装设计,减少包装材料用量对减少环境污染的作用;较详细介绍了包装废弃物中的纸、金属、玻璃、塑料制品的回收处理、再生利用的情况,指出了加强环境意识教育的重要性,并对我国在控制包装废弃物污染环境方面应制订的方针政策和采取的措施提出了有益的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the present state of the techniques that America takes in controlling packaging wastes, introduces the methods for treating plastic packaging wastes and the effect of reducing the using amount of packaging materials on reducing the environment contamination through the reasonable packaging design. It also introduces in detail the collection of the paper, metals, glass and plastics from the packaging wastes as well as the regeneration (?)nd utilization and points out the importance to strengthen the environmental ideas. In addition,it puts forward some constructive suggestions in controlling the environment contamination caused by packaging wastes in our country and the measures we should take. |
