摘    要:液压钢筋切割机现已应用于各个领域,设计一种多功能、高处理速度和抗干扰能力强的全自动液压切割机控制模块有着重要的意义。采用STC12C5410单片机设计一种能存储多批次数据和实时显示记录的控制器模块.其主要包括硬件电路的设计和软件设计.且有误差校正和远程控制等功能。操作起来非常方便。设计充分利用了STC12C5410单片机所提供的功能接口,外部接线极少,符合结构紧凑、优化设计的要求.其控制可保证切割机的高速准确运行。
