| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了基于485网络的学生公寓电能计量管理系统的设计，详细地介绍了系统的硬件构成及工作原理，并结合实际需要设计了网络通信协议。系统采用微机与IC卡管理机进行双重管理，使系统工作可靠、操作方便。

| Abstract: | The article introduces a design of electricity power measure system for apartment based on 485 Network. The hardware constitutes and principles are introduced in detail. According to the practical demand, the network communication protocol is designed. With management by both PC and IC card managing instrument, the system works reliably and could be operated expediently. |
