考虑预紧力与阀杆力的电动截止阀体应力分析

摘    要:建立了有预紧力的截止阀有限元计算模型,阐述了预紧力单元的原理及分析方法,利用ANSYS程序对截止阀在考虑和不考虑螺栓预紧力及阀杆闭合力作用下的应力进行了计算。结果表明,法兰螺栓预紧力及阀杆闭合力对阀体应力的影响不可忽略。

Stress analysis based on action of preload and valve stem force for electric cut-off valve

Abstract:The finite element model with preload and valve force is established for the electric cut-off valve. The principle and analytical method of pretension load element are expounded. By ANSYS, the stress of this valve with preload and valve stem force is calculated, and the Mises equivalent stress contour and some values of key position of whole valve are obtained. The results indicate the influence of the stress on the valve caused by preload of bolt mounted on the flange and valve stem force can not be ignored.
