东南亚某水电站泄洪洞顶板混凝土缺陷检测和处理

摘    要:东南亚某水电站泄洪洞渐变段顶板发现有混凝土表层脱落、脱空、裂缝等质量缺陷,采用地质雷达等手段对泄洪洞渐变段顶板混凝土进行了检测,根据检测结果等资料分析产生缺陷的原因。针对脱落、脱空,凿除清理后采用环氧砂浆修补处理;对有夹层区域,采用植筋加环氧树脂灌浆的方法处理;对裂缝采用表面封闭处理。实际检测证明上述处理效果较好。

Abstract:Quality defects such as concrete surface shedding, voiding and cracks are found on the roof of gradual section of spillway tunnel of a Southeast Asian hydropower station. Geological radar and other reasons are used for concrete defect detection and defect causes are analyzed according to the test results. Epoxy mortar repairing is applied after chiseling and cleaning for shedding and voiding;planting tendons and epoxy resin grouting are used for sandwiched areas;surface sealing treatment is adopted for cracks. The actual test proves that the above treatments are effective.
