摘    要:通过对20CrMnTi钢化学成分、硬度、显微组织、锻造流线及非金属夹杂物观察,结合拉伸试样外观和断口形貌,分析了拉伸性能不合格的原因,并提出了建议措施。结果表明:拉伸试样淬火变形使锻造流线发生改变,磨削时将部分变形的流线切断是导致拉伸性能不合格的主要原因,加工过程中的接刀棱、尺寸超差和形位公差不合格进一步降低了拉伸性能。

Abstract:The causes of unqualified tensile properties of 20CrMnTi steel were analyzed based on the chemical composition, hardness, microstructure, forging flow line and nonmetallic inclusions as well as appearance and fracture morphology of tensile samples. Moreover, some suggestions and measures were proposed. The results showed that the forging flow line of tensile samples was changed due to the quenching deformation. A part of the deformed forging flow line was cut off during grinding, which was the main reason to cause the unqualified tensile properties. In addition, the knife edge, the out of tolerance dimension as well as unqualified shape and position tolerance in the machining process further reduced the tensile properties.
