大型电机定子压圈材料质量工程分析

摘    要:对大型电机的高锰无磁钢ZG25Mn18Cr4定子压圈因力学性能指标达不到规定值而报废的产品进行了材料质量工程分析,对高锰奥氏体钢强韧化的理论基础进行了修正。提出了改进该产品性能质量的工程措施。

Abstract:In this paper,the material quality engineering analysis of large generator stators is made for high Mn nonmagnetic ZG25Mn18Cr4 steel since their mechanical properties are unqualified. The theory background of tough-strengthening in the high mangnese austenite steel is revised. The technological measures for improving this casting product property quality are proposed. This work and its results manifested well that the product material quality engineering analysis plays an important role in production and scientific technical activities of an enterprise.
