| 摘 要： | 香兰素是世界香料领域应用最为广泛的食用合成香料和化工中间体。文章简述了香兰素的用途,以及吉化集团公司香兰素厂的乙醛酸法的工艺技术的开发背景、工艺原理、技术特点和创新性。乙醛酸法合成香兰素工艺具有流程短、收率高、产品质量好、环境污染轻、排放的废液可生化处理等特点,该工艺技术已成功实现产业化。
