| 摘 要： | 详细阐述了翻胎生产中的冷翻及热翻工艺及设备，包括轮胎清洗机、扩胎检查机、轮胎打磨机、中垫胶生产线、填充胶及胶浆生产线、预硫化胎面胶生产线、胎面贴合机、硫化包封套装拆机，轮辋装拆机、硫化机、轮胎刻花机、检验设备、修饰设备。对翻胎企业中的国有民营企业、外资和合资企业的发展历史及现状进行了分析。我国翻胎业还有很大发展空间。

| Abstract: | Elaborated the process and equipment of cold-retreading and hot-retreading in the production,including tire washing machine,expanded checking machine,grinding machine,middle compound production line,filling and cement line,pre-vulcanized rubber tread line,tread applicator, curing encapsulation loader and unloader,rim assembly and disassembly,curing press,tires carving machine,test equipment and treating device.Analyzed the history and development status of the tire retreading enterprises,such as the state-owned private enterprises,foreign investments and joint ventures. Finally pointed out that China's tire industry still has a great space for development. |
