摘    要:文章提出一种从AutoCAD软件的DXF文件分析提取零件轮廓信息,结合用户输入加工条件、工艺要求,并从工艺专家库中提取相关工艺信息,实现自动编程的构想.实现了简单零件的自动编程和仿真演示,在很大程度上弥补了零件制造从设计到成型的薄弱环节.

Abstract:This paper bring out a method to realize auto programming, in which we will analyses and pick out part's outline information from DXF documents, combine with manufacture conditions and requisitions, and get out relevant process information from process expert database. In this method, we have realized auto programming and simulate the manufacture process of simple part. This can make up the weakness in part produce process from design to manufacture in some degree.
