摘    要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、氯化铝等为起始原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol—Gel)制备了高纯莫来石粉体,并通过XRD及SEM对莫来石粉体及其形成机理进行了研究。

Abstract:The superfine mullite powder was prepared by a sol-gel process using TEOS and aluminium chloride hexahydrates as starting materials. The as-received mullite powder was characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD analyses. Also its mullitization mechanism in different thermal treating temperature and different additive was also studied by crystalline analyses.
