| 摘 要： | 以加强物资供应管理为主线，以降低采购成本。提高采购物资质量为重点，从健全管理制度，完善采购供应机制的角度，提出了采购过程各个环节的监控管理措施，指出搞好施工企业材料采购全过程管理是企业发展的根本保证之一。

| Abstract: | In this article the monitoring management measures for material purchase process are proposed from intensifying material supply management, reducing purchase cost, enhancing purchase quality, perfecting management system and other viewpoints. Author point out that good full procedural management for material purchase of construction enterprises is essential assurance for enterprise development. |
