我国中水的开发与利用

随着水资源的日益紧缺，非常规水资源的开发和利用越来越受到各国的重视。“中水”作为非常规水资源之一，如果合理利用，可有效缓解水资源短缺矛盾。按照优水优用、高水低用、一水多用和重复使用的原则，各地应统筹规划，协调发展，推动我国中水回用和污水资源化进展，逐步形成和完善与我国国情相适应的水资源良性循环体系，实现水资源开发利用的可持续发展。
