摘    要:根据塔吊起升控制的技术要求,提出了采用VACON变频器控制电机,实现塔吊起升的控制方案.VACON变频器具有可编程功能,可以用来设计VACON NX特殊的控制逻辑和参数.在塔吊起升控制系统中使用VACON变频器,可以使起、制动十分平稳,系统控制更为简单.实际应用证明,用此方案实现的塔吊起升控制具有起动平稳、高效、节能等优点,具有很好的市场推广价值.

Abstract:According to the control demand of tower crane lifting, a new control method of tower crane lifting by means of VACON converter to control motor is proposed in this paper. VACON converter is of programmable function,which can be used to design special control logic and parameters of VACON-NX. Using VACON converter in tower crane control system makes tower crane start and stop quite smoothly and control system simpler. Actual application proves that the tower crane runs smoothly and has high efficiency, less energy need and so on, whith has very good market prospect.
